Coconut Soup
Servings 4
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Wildtree Organic Coconut Oil
3 cups bok choy, thinly sliced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons Wildtree Coconut Citrus Blend
1 cup Wildtree Vegetable Bouillon Soup Base, prepared according to package directions
13.5 ounce can lite coconut milk
½ teaspoon tumeric
Method of Preparation
Heat Organic Coconut Oil over medium heat in a large pot. Add the bok choy, mushrooms, ginger, and Coconut Citrus Blend. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add the prepared Vegetable Bouillon Soup Base, coconut milk, and turmeric. Cook until heated through.
