Peppermint....
COOL....FRESH......MINTY......YUM!
I am so excited to be mentioning this oil that I could practically jump out of my seat! Peppermint is amazing! And it smells SO good too!
Primary Uses:
• Promotes healthy respiratory function and clear breathing
• Alleviates stomach upset
• Frequently used in toothpaste and chewing gum for oral health
But, Peppermint is used for so much more! People use it for tension relief, and also for a little "pick-me-upper". Some use it for focus and concentration. It's also used to bring down body temperature. I have even heard through the grapevine that peppermint keeps away mice and spiders! I've never tried that myself, but it's worth considering for sure!
USES:
• Use a drop of Peppermint with Lemon in water for a healthy, refreshing mouth rinse.
• Rub on the stomach or take internally for occasional digestive discomfort.
• Add a drop of Peppermint to your chocolate Trim Shake for a yummy twist.
• Use it to re-energize by applying Peppermint to the palms of hands and deeply inhaling.
