Hey everyone! This is what works for me. I have even gone down to 2-3 drops of each oil with success, so adjust this recipe to your liking! Top carrier oils that people like to use are: Fractionated Coconut oil, Olive Oil, Jojoba oil, Almond oil and Gapeseed oil. Feel your best!
