Raise your hand if you love tea! I am getting into tea again lately, too. I have always been a coffee-drinker #1, but lately, I find myself craving a cozy cup of hot tea. I can think of a million variations of tea that I would love to try. Okay, maybe "a million" is a little bit of an exaggeration, but MANY. Actually, there are over 3,000 variations of tea, but they all come from the same plant species. Interesting, eh?
What is your favorite tea? I am sure that I have many favorites that I don't even know about yet, but one of my faves is Earl Grey (which I always mistakenly call it "Grey Earl"...Oops!). I love it! Earl Grey tea is flavored by the addition of oil of Bergamot. Isn't that a fun fact? Apparently, Earl Grey was originally offered in black teas only, but now is offered in green tea and oolong tea as well. Okay, let's go have a cup!
