A little bit of truth about me: I love mowing lawns. I do! I love making the rows that go up and down the yard and I love the fresh-cut grass smell. Some folks, however, don't find it all that enjoyable, as the changing seasons can be rough for them. If you are one who is bothered by outside environmental threats and need a little immune-system support, then this trio may be just for you!
Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint. The trusted trio for seasonal support!
1) Try them diffused. 2 drops of each in your diffuser.
2) Try them in a roller bottle with your favorite carrier oil:
10-20 drops of each oil in your 10ml roller bottle seems to be the advised recipe. Then fill with your favorite carrier oil. Use on your feet or across your nose and forehead. Play around with the drops. For instance, for children or those with sensitive skin, use 3 drops of each and see if it works out before using more. I'd probably use 3-6 of each for myself to start because less always works for me. Try it out and see! I always say less is best with essential oils. So, start out with less and then add until you find what works.
3) If you are using a Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oil that is been FDA approved as GRAS (Generally regarded as safe for food and dietary supplements), then some people suggest using a couple of drops of each oil in a veggie-cap. However, you MUST make sure that the oil you are using is approved to be used this way. Most essential oils are not. If you would like to know what brand I love, go ahead and contact me. I personally suggest adding olive oil, grapeseed oil (or your favorite vegetable oil) to the capsule as well.
If you would like more information, please contact me! I'd love hearing from you. ;)
