Recently, I was in need of some quick bladder support to restore comfort. When I researched which essential oils were recommended, I noticed that there were several to choose from.
This is what I did, and it worked wonders! I put two drops each of Bergamot, Cypress, Melaleuca, and Fennel essential oils in a 10ml roller bottle. I topped it off with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Even though several more drops were recommended, I started with two each, because I believe that the majority of the time, you can use less than what is recommended.
I rolled this mixture on my bladder area 2-3 times throughout the day. I woke up on the third day no longer feeling frustration, but amazed and relieved! I was feeling great. I believe in continuing the mix for a few days after desired results are achieved.
I also: Soaked in a bath with two drops of Frankincense and 4 drops of a "Joyful Blend", because it contains Lavender and sandalwood (two other recommended oils).
(Please note that bladder issues can signal problems that may need to be seen by a physician and if you have a painful bladder situation, a doctor's visit is recommended and should not be counted out. )
